Order Cancellations and Modifications
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase. However, please note that this 6-hour window is not guaranteed, as we process orders promptly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer cash refunds on returns. Instead, we issue store credit that can be used for future purchases on our site. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Custom, personalized, bulk orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns, as these are specially tailored to your specifications.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@myaura.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds (in the form of store credit) are processed within 14 business days from the date we confirm your return. If you haven’t received your store credit after this period, please contact us, and then check with your financial institution if a different payment resolution was arranged.
We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse. Additionally, we cannot refund orders affected by issues within your control, such as incorrect shipping details.
All refunds and credits are processed in the original currency of purchase. Customers are responsible for any fees related to currency conversion or exchange rates.
Damaged Items
Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@myaura.com, including a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost. We do not replace or refund items damaged through normal use or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for prompt delivery, Aura cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including those caused by carriers, customs, or other shipping issues. For delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been shipped.
Fraud Prevention
To ensure your security, we verify all billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for any unusual activity. We may request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of a transaction. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.

Colour Disclaimer
Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display can portray colors differently, and individual perception may also differ. Lighting conditions when photos are taken can further influence color appearance.
